- Update on music:
We will provide a CD sleeve with a label for each athlete. The audio room is at the top of the stadium. If you are bringing a MP3 player or IPod please make sure it is clearly written down which athlete is what number on your electronic device. A carrier is taking it up to the room and someone will be sitting by the competitive floor to communicate with the audio room for the order of the music. All music should be checked in at the beginning of each session during the general stretch.

- All athletes, coaches and judges must wear their badges to be on the floor.

Exhibit Hall Location - The Santa Ana Star Center
Booth Fees - Each 8 x 10 booth space is $350.00. Each 16 x 20 space is $500.00. No refunds will be given
Provided - Each 8 x 10 space is provided with 2 tables and 2 chairs. Bigger spaces will be provided with up to 4 tables. Each table will have dressing. The exhibitor must rent electrical connections at an additional charge.
Personnel Badges - Please notify us of how many badges you need. A limit of 4 is given. Each personnel badge comes along with one copy of the Dream Big Fly High Program book. This badge will allow you in to watch the meet only. You may not enter the floor, backstage, or the buffet. All personnel badges are exclusively for those employees of the exhibiting firm.
Payment - Payments must be made payable to USA Gymnastics no later than April 1st, 2010.
Booth Assignment - Booth assignments are made on a first-come first-served basis once full payment is received along with two signed copies of the contract.
Exhibit Schedule - Set up Thursday April 8th 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Open hours 3/8 3:30-7:00 PM. 3/9 7:45 AM - Final Awards. 3/10 7:45 AM-2:00 PM. You may tear down any time after the start of Session 8 11:30 AM.
Security - NMUSAG will provide security through Santa Ana Star Center.
Restrictions in Use of Space - All demonstrations or activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit booth. No sales of Food or Drinks of any type are allowed.
Tax Payments - At the end of the event a 12% tax on sales will be paid to the Santa Ana Star Center.
Liability and Insurance - NMUSAG, Santa Ana Star Center, or any officers or staff members of the same will not be responsible for the safety of the property of the exhibitors, their representatives, or employees from theft, damage by fire, accident, or other causes, but will use reasonable care to protect the exhibitors from such loss. Exhibitors wishing to insure their exhibits must do so at their own expense.

Directions to the MEET SITE From East of the River
- Option 1:
Travel north on I25, and exit US550 in Bernalillo. Turn left to head west.
Turn left (south) at NM 528.
Turn right on Idalia Road.
Turn right on Iris Road. Turn left on Paseo del Volcan, and proceed to the Santa Ana Star Center.
- Option 2:
Travel north on I25, and exit US550 in Bernalillo. Turn left to head west.
Stay on US550 (go past NM528) to the NW Loop Road
Turn left on NW Loop Road which turns into Unser Blvd.
Stay on Unser Blvd.
Turn left on Main Street and proceed to the Santa Ana Star Center.
Directions to the MEET SITE From West of the River
- Option 1:
Travel north on NM528, and turn left onto Iris Road.
Turn left on Paseo del Volcan, and proceed to the Santa Ana Star Center.
Alternate - travel north on Unser Boulevard, turn right onto Paseo del Volcan or Main Street and proceed to the Santa Ana Star Center.
- Option 2
(via Rio Rancho’s Restaurant Row):
Travel north on NM528,
Turn left on Southern Blvd. to travel west.
Turn right on Unser Blvd. to travel north
Turn right on Main Street and proceed to the Santa Ana Star Center.
Multiple Options to the MEET SITE from Paseo del Norte
- Option 1:
Travel west on Paseo del Norte to Golf Course
Turn right on Golf Course to travel north
Turn left on McMahon Blvd to travel west
Turn right on Unser to travel north
Turn right on Main Street and proceed to the Santa Ana Star Center.
- Option 2
Travel west on Paseo del Norte
Turn right on Coors by-pass to travel north
Turn left on Ellison/McMahon to travel west
Turn right on Unser to travel north
Turn right on Main Street and proceed to the Santa Ana Star Center.
- Option 3:
Travel west on Paseo del Norte
Turn right on Coors by-pass to travel north
Proceed north into Rio Rancho past Intel
Turn left on Southern Blvd. to travel west
